Very clean room with an excellent bed,. There's daily housekeeping. Plenty of hot water in the shower and a nice smart TV too.

I was highly disappointed with my stay. The bathroom had a significant issue with blockages that persisted throughout our visit, making it quite unbearable. There seemed to be no urgency to resolve the situation, and I had to deal with foul odors while waiting for a fix. My attempts to get better service were met with slow responses, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated.

The delightful garden and blooming gardenias provided a peaceful vibe away from the hustle, perfect for unwinding. I enjoyed the breakfast options that offered a good variety, and the small, clean room with a flat-screen TV met my needs. However, there were some challenges. The check-in process was quite frustrating and took longer than expected, which was disappointing. I also noticed some noise from the hallway during the early mornings. A slight musty smell lingered in the bathroom, and the bathroom water pressure was unexpectedly low. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially the atmosphere and service.

the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. my dog enjoyed the service while I moved my car to the convenient parking right near my room. the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing treat after strolling the tree-lined streets nearby.
